• Starting this Wednesday, we are discussing site operations using the Taxpayer Experience Map Tool found on CFPB.gov as a framework for discussion.
• Experience mapping helps us understand our process from the taxpayer’s point of view
• We will be discussing the process, volunteer roles, and tools we use. 
• Every meeting, participants share what’s on their mind related to free tax assistance so that we can discuss the most pressing issues first.

What is the VITA Meet-up?

The VITA Meet-up is a weekly online discussion sponsored by JC Craig Consulting.  We meet on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm Eastern Time.

The discussion focuses on the programmatic and operational delivery of free tax assistance rather than the Tax Code and the details of return preparation.
