Mr. Craig is a nationally recognized nonprofit program, leadership, and management consultant with a unique blend of skills and experiences. Over the past 18 years, he has provided technical assistance to nonprofit organizations across the country, leveraging his firsthand experience in managing successful programs in Illinois and Washington, D.C. He has established and nurtured local, state, and national coalitions focused on financial empowerment. He has also served as a bridge between community nonprofit organizations and federal agencies, notably as a member of the IRS Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee, where he focused on protecting consumers from identity theft and cybercrime. Since 2016, Mr. Craig has been a senior technical assistance provider for multiple financial empowerment initiatives of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He has also consulted under contracts from the Anne E Casey Foundation, NeighborWorks America, and community-based organizations.
